Diamond super hard grinding material is capable of producing multiple type of grinding and cutting products and drawbench tool. The grinding and cutting products mainly process hard mental, hard-fragile non-metal material, such as glass, ceramic and precious stones etc., metal such as copper and aluminum, and its alloy. But steel is not suitable.
CNB is the second hardest after diamond. The heat stability of CNB is much higher than diamond. It is chemically insert to the Fe and metal element. So CBN is fit for the black metal, especially for the hard and tough steel.

The super hard grinding paste is a soft grinding tools, including oil-soluble paste and water soluble, which is produced by the material of diamond or CNB.
Water-soluble paste is mainly used for the polishing and grinding of non-metal, such as glass, ceramic, agate. The reason is that the thinner is water, which is caustic to the metal.
Oil-soluble paste is mainly used for grinding of the metal, such as the hard alloy, super hard material, meter, instrument accessory, measure, module. |
